Dear hps.cesee community,
if you have not heard of Lady Science Magazine, it is time to change it. Currently they are compiling data on women in the history of science and asking for our help finding them and making them visible. They are searching particularly for entries of women scientists from regions usually marginalised in anglophone research. So if you can spare a minute, your help will be very appreciated!
More below, or here: https://www.ladyscience.com/otd-in-womens-science-history.
"Lady Science Magazine is crowd sourcing data on women in the history of science to build a “On This Day in Women's Science History Calendar.” Currently, no calendar dedicated to women in science exists, and we want to change that. We hope this calendar will be a resource for students, museums, science and history organizations, and anyone invested in increasing the visibility of women in STEM online.
To submit a historical woman in science or an event important to women in science for inclusion in the calendar, click on the button below [http://tiny.cc/rowskz]."
